The information on Sarah Ellen Kahler is confusing. Her date of birth jumps around in the census records, which adds to the confusion.

The main issue is that her marriage to Ezra Harrison Rigg lists her parents as Henry Kahler and Isabel Webb, which brings us to the 1880 census of Posey County, Indiana, where Henry Kahler is widowed and living with the Phillip Schutz family. There is a Sarah Ellen Kahler who married Enoch E Schutz (son of Phillip) in Posey Couty, which looks very likely. This sticking point is that Henry Kahler was widowed in 1880, which means that Sarah Ellen must have been born before that or several (too many) years later after Henry remarried.

Enoch Schutz didn't die until decades after the Rigg - Kahler marriage so there is a question as to whether this was the same person or not.
